* Handle platforms that have `_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS`, which require the stdlib++ to be included.
* Stop override of memcpy with FORTIFY_SOURCE enabled
* Add to .gitignore
* Add data for graphs in release notes.
* Minor tidy on CMake.
